Why Should I Speak with a Financial Advisor About KiwiSaver?

  • Some people make financial decisions based on advice from their best friend, a relative, work colleagues, or even their mechanic. These people mean well — but good intentions aren’t the same as good advice. What worked for someone else might be completely wrong for you, your goals, your risk profile, and your future.

A qualified financial adviser provides independent, expert advice, specifically tailored to you and your circumstances.

Advisers are trained, regulated, and legally required to put your interests first. They build a plan based on evidence and your long‑term wellbeing.

Your financial future is too important to leave to chance. When the stakes are this high, you need more than someone else’s opinion — you deserve proper advice.

  • By opening a KiwiSaver account, and making even the minimum investment, you will receive the Government contribution. Too many New Zealanders are missing out on FREE money - call us today so we can get you set up.

If you’re already in KiwiSaver, we’ll check to see that you’re receiving the maximum amount from your employer, and help you target increased returns to grow your KiwiSaver balance faster.

  • Small financial choices today can have a big impact on your future wealth.

Choosing the right KiwiSaver fund is about capturing long‑term growth you might otherwise miss. The right fund selection can help you achieve stronger returns, benefit from compounding, and stay aligned with your risk tolerance and goals.

We’ll work together to identify a KiwiSaver fund that matches your investment time horizon, helps you diversify effectively, and positions your money to work harder over the long term.

  • Know exactly what steps to take without confusion or guesswork.

Financial confidence comes from knowing your money is in the right place. This means your financial plan isn’t impacted by emotional decision-making or reactions to headlines.

With guidance from an independent adviser, you’ll develop a clear plan, with investment choices that match your goals and tolerance for risk.

Our consistent, ongoing support will help you stay on track, make informed adjustments, and feel confident about the future you’re building.

  • Advice for the life you’re living - Financial advice should fit the reality of your day‑to‑day life — your goals, your pressures, your opportunities, and the decisions you’re making right now. At the Holistic Money Co. we provide clarity and structure so you can make informed choices about saving, investing, and planning for the future, without second‑guessing whether you’re doing the right thing. It’s practical, relevant guidance that supports the life you’re living today.

Advice for the whole of your life - Great advice goes further. We help you build a financial path that supports every stage of your life — from early career decisions, to buying a house, planning for retirement and everything in between. With smart fund selection and ongoing guidance, you stay focused on your goals and maximize your potential returns over decades. Our advice is designed to grow with you, and set you up for lifelong financial success.

What Our Clients Say:

  • I trust Kelly with my life savings. I've known Kelly for 40 years. Her career has included accountancy and working as a senior leader in NZ Police. Without hesitation I can attest that her honesty and integrity is beyond reproach. I know I’m in safe hands.

    - Richard R., Australia

  • Night view of a city skyline with tall buildings, including a prominent tower, reflecting lights on the water in the foreground.

I finally get KiwiSaver. Kelly explained everything in plain English. She talked me through the benefits of being in KiwiSaver and helped me choose a fund that is right for me. For the first time, I feel like I’m on track for retirement.

    — Aroha T., Auckland

  • A scenic landscape featuring a serene lake with a calm water surface, bordered by lush green trees and mountains under a clear blue sky with a few scattered clouds.

With Kelly’s guidance on paying myself first and a structured spending plan, I’ve gone from overwhelmed to being in control. My net worth is going up! It’s been life‑changing for our family.

    — Jason R., Christchurch

  • A vineyard with a row of grapevines and a bunch of grapes

I wish I’d found this support years ago. Kelly showed me how simple investing can be and helped me make a plan I can stick to. Putting $40 a fortnight into KiwiSaver is a stretch, but I know it will be worth it in the long term.

    — Sarah M., Blenheim

  • A solitary park bench overlooking a lake, with mountains in the background and clouds in the sky.

I first met Kelly 35 years ago. She's seen my finances at their absolute worst, and still answers my calls - that alone deserves an award! Whether it's tax returns, business accounts or financial advice, Kelly somehow makes the numbers seem less terrifying and helps me keep everything under control. Passionate about helping people succeed, Kelly works incredibly hard, and always goes above and beyond. I trust her completely... mainly because she probably knows everything about me already!

    Jillian W, Christchurch

  • People walking along a lakeside promenade on a sunny day with clear blue sky, trees, and calm water in the background.

A genuinely caring person. Kelly took the time to understand my situation. We put in place practical steps, giving me a clear path towards buying a house and saving for retirement.

    — Melanie L., Auckland

  • A group of children carrying surfboards walking along the beach near the water's edge, with seagulls nearby and waves approaching the shore.

We should all get financial advice as folk tend to procrastinate and think "I'll get around to it, retirement is way off". Nek minute 10 years have passed with poor returns. That happened to my best mate.... actually he still owes me a beer for pushing him hard to get advice and move to a better option for him.

    Paul, Christchurch

  • A harbor with multiple sailboats on turquoise water, large cruise ships in the distance, and a row of trees along the shoreline under a clear blue sky with a few wispy clouds.

Kelly didn’t just tell me what to do — she taught me how it all works. I’m making smarter decisions about what I spend. I have some emergency savings. I'm starting to invest for my future. I finally feel in control of my money.

    — Priya S., Tauranga

  • A tranquil landscape scene at sunset featuring a calm lake with gentle ripples, surrounded by dark silhouette trees in the foreground, and a mountain range in the distance under a gradient sky transitioning from soft pink to light blue.

Straightforward, honest advice. I didn’t really understand how KiwiSaver worked. I left with a plan that’s already improving our family finances.
